Heaven knew that I had 2 big events coming up, one that night and another the following afternoon. I'm allergic to most hair products and the ones I can use don't have much "hold" power so it takes a little bit of work to get my hair not to be flat. She did an excellent job spending a couple extra minutes to make sure that didn't happen. Can't tell you how much that helped and how much that meant to me. I come in at least 2 times a week so it would be easy just to be a little laxed but she cared about what I wanted/needed and it showed. ♥️
