• Friendly welcome, hand sanitizer provided upon entrance, courteous staff, great stylist who was attentive to my needs. Left there feeling very satisfied with my look and the entire experience. Also important to me was feeling that all safety precautions were being taken.

• I finally found a solution that's workable for me regarding my very curly hair. It is such a huge relief. I realize that Lulu is young and new at doing this. Nonetheless my hair is holding up just great despite rainy weather, humidity, and everything else. I work out yesterday, my hair stayed straight. You have no idea what a relief this is.

• My stylist amitra was so amazing - I needed my hair and makeup done last minute bc my other stylist (another salon) cancelled on me two days before !! I freaked out- Called Blo and you guys got me in asap!!! My hair and makeup was flawless for my engagment photo shoot! U guys are amazing I will be back!!!

• Receptionist was a little rude. Handed me a clip board and pen and sand can I sanitize your hands. I said okay which one first. She said sanitize before you touch everything really rude while on other hand almost handing off the clipboard. She should do the sanitation then offer the clipboard. Danielle my stylist was FANTASTIC.
