• Pushback at beginning of appt. Appointment note named individual whose look I was going for? Asked whether I had a pic and tried to make my feel ill prepared. She did not let me respond to each interrogation. Then tried to tell me what the appt I made was (only) for as if I was trying to get more than what I was paying for. All this occurred at Starr. Then "chair" next to me was very loud with loud Spanish talking between that stylist & her client. Glad I didn't get more "service" than I booked (reserved). Ha ha.
