• I've been to this location many times. Almost every experience has been a positive one -- minus an average blow out a while back and a rushed blow out because the stylist was running late and I had an event to attend. However, I was once assigned to one of the lead stylists named Bianca (?), and my hair came out so good. She really knows how to straighten curly hair and make it last. During this very last visit, I forgot to request her, but spotted her in the salon. After speaking to the reception team, they were accomodating enough to ask her if she could stay for one more request (me). Bianca agreed to stay, although she was already packing up for the day. Again, she listened to exactly what I wanted (hair as sleek as she could get it without using a flat iron, more heat for longer time). My blowout lasted two days, which NEVER happens. I'm lucky for it to last the night. I would keep returning for the customer service and for Bianca's talent alone.

• First everybody was so friendly and welcoming. My hair looked amazing and felt amazing. I have very curly hair and the stylist knew what she was doing which sometimes with my hair texture a lot of people don't know what to do.
