• Jaime was incredible and very personable and accommodating. However, your reception staff could use some added training in customer service. It's never good when the conversation amongst themselves is more engaging than with the customers around and in front of them. I'm glad the Blo dry stylists were able to turn that around for me and a few others that were there and experienced the same treatment.
