• Front Desk person rather rude, poorly dressed, and misquoted by $10 final amt. billed. She was careless w/ me and did not even greet me when I arrived. I sat untreated for nearly 5 minutes b4 I said to her (from seated position) I have a [time of appt.]. She then said "I know." I can do w/ out her arrogance.
