• Pushing selling the membership to me was a little strong/off putting. Would have liked the time to digest the information myself and process it on my own versus being checked in with multiple times by the salesperson during my first blowout/service there. I would have liked to have enjoyed the pampering/experience more versus being disrupted so much. I did purchase the membership, but felt very pressured to do so vs. it being my decision. As someone who has been in marketing and sales for more than 20 years, a "hard-sell" approach can often alienate prospects and the aggressive technique can be unpleasant. It's very high-pressure in nature.
