• The lady who assisted me with booking my appointment made every effort to fit me in; she called me as soon as a spot became available, Jada was very professional, she asked what my preference in water temperature was, and she did a wonderful job with my hair. The customers that were there all seemed happy. The young lady at the front desk offered me coffee. All in all it was a really good experience. I got the impression that each employee there is trying to do a good job, working together as a team and delivering great customer service.
