• The stylist was great & did a great job. HOWEVER, I know it was a Saturday but my appointment was 30 minutes late because of over bookings & not accounting for add ons/treatments so that was frustrating. If the appointment is running late either notify the client before so they do not have to wait 30 minutes more or plan better
