• I was serviced by Gabriella. I'm African American with natural hair and I was extremely skeptical having someone new do my hair. The front desk lady assured me that I'd be in good hands, so I took the risk. When Gabriella finished my hair, it was impeccable. Matter of fact, after she blow dried my hair, I was going to make the request of making sure my roots were straight, but as I ran my hand through my hair to check for crinkled roots, they were straight!!! Super smooth. I couldn't believe it! Additionally, she used the flat iron very little ( less heat the better). What takes the cake is that I was done in about 90 minutes, including a deep conditioning. Context, my hair is mid-back and relatively kinky when not straight. I will be returning.
