• Original appointment was cancelled, I had to call in order to get good customer service, but when I did call it was handled. I wish someone would've just called to let me know what happened, offered a discount, and rebooked. The personal touch would've been nice but ultimately I was able to come in the next morning, Audrey did a great job, and my appointment was comped so I couldn't have asked for much more in the end. I'll be back and will probably do the monthly bundle as well.
