• Service was great. Couldn't give it a 10 because after myself blowout I was informed that now it cost extra if your hair is below/longer than a certain part of your back. That info was not on website when I booked the appointment nor was i informed before the blowout. I was not charged the extra fee for that visit , which I appreciated but other places don't charge extra for longer hair
