• The score would be 10/10 but the appointment was rescheduled twice by Blo Charlotte the day and night before the appointment. I had a very important event I was presenting at at 12 noon and the changes were stressful. Things happen but the timing was bad for me. Melissa was great. She used my input and her expertise to give me the look I wanted.
