Capable & experienced & great comfort level & service Receptionist that scheduled me initially seemed great but didn't schedule me long enough for what I specifically asked for wash & Blo dry & wedding style. I was bride & specifically asked that and for a stylist that was experience in wedding styles. So she scheduled me an hour earlier at nine to give me two hours, so I'd be done by 1100. But when I called later I was only scheduled for a blow dry nothing to do with a wedding, and had to wash and blow dry my own hair because of the time limits. They had no additional spots open at that point so I was very bummed I had to wash and dry my own hair on my wedding day.
