• My appt was at 9 and I didn't get started until a little after 9:15 then waited 5 min to pay as there was no one at the desk. Those are all minor details but you asked. I was a little bit in a time crunch but it all worked out. Stylist was great. Not knowing my hair at all she did a great job styling it. I got so many compliments and I love it!
