Loved the blow-out! Disappointed about the customer service. I called the morning of my appointment to switch my appointment from 12 to 12:30. The person said I could change the time but there would be a $25 charge to change. Instead of changing it, I kept my original time slot for 12 but then had to wait for my stylist when I arrived. Should I ask for discount since I had to wait!? Not showing up is one thing but I called hours in advance to request a change and there were later times available so i think it should have been accommodated. In the future I will hesitate to book a blow out in advance knowing how inflexible the salon is.
