When it came to scheduling my appointment, Monica was so nice and accommodating. Liz styled my hair and she was wonderful. So patient and kind and bubbly - and she blew out my hair without the help of a straightening iron afterwards. That's how I know she knows what she's doing since I have extremely thick and coarse hair. She wasn't daunted or intimated- she made me feel welcome the whole time. It was a great experience!
