• Everything was great and I love my hair! My only comment is to let a guest know if there's going to be an additional charge for your service so you're not surprised at cash. I asked for a braid and was just suspended after checkout to see there was an additional $10 charge. I totally understand the need to charge for extras like that, I just had no idea it was an extra fee as it was my first visit. Simply letting the guest know before they proceed with a service that's an extra charge may be helpful so they're not surprised at the end .Everything else was amazing and I will definitely be back!
