• I was assigned a junior stylist, she seemed to be having a bit of trouble doing my hair. Two more experienced stylist worked on my hair as well and finished it. The owner seemed concerned when I went to pay and told me that there would be no charge because she didn't feel I had the experience that I should've had. She Had another stylist do some touchups on my hair and I was very happy when I left. I felt the owner stepping up like that was to her credit,and she did the right thing. The only reason I gave it a nine and not 10 was because of the fact that I was assigned a junior stylist, without knowing that, and I would have Paid the same price as if I have a senior stylist.
