• I had a great experience and my hair turned out great. Just wish the person on the phone asked more questions (ie if i wanted my hair down and curled or an Up do or i was choosing a custom style) as that impacted the amount of time booked. Also tell people about the parking situation when booking whether on the phone or email. And include it in the reminders. Makes for a better arrival experience.
