• Erica did a great job, however, I left the salon and walked about 10 minutes through the farmers market out front. I could feel my hair frizzing back up. So I went back inside and shared my concern and disappointment. I even upgraded for the dream wow smoothing process. She asked me to sit and wait until she was done with her current client. Once she was free, she put me back in the chair and re-ironed my hair again. This time it was smooth and silky. The final iron process did the trick. I've been wearing it 3 full days and its still great. p.s. I lost an earring during my visit. The owner was kind to come out and introduce herself to me. I'm very hopeful it turns up as I left my card. Great salon. Good customer satisfaction.
