• It was our first visit to your salon on Bloor West. We were greeted in a very friendly welcomed way. Natalia did my daughters make up for an event and the lady who did my daughters hair (sorry can't remember her name) we're both amazing and friendly and My daughter was very happy with her hair and make up. She left your salon feeling great. We will not hesitate to return to your location again in the future. We are very happy we decided to visit your store. Prior to making our appointment with Blo Dry Bar on Bloor West, we called a few other locations and the reception that we received was very cold and not welcoming and not very good customer service and honestly I won't ever visit their locations in the future. Once again Thank you for making my daughter feel her best for her special event.

• Naz does an amazing scalp scrub when washing my hair. She also let me have a nap while the treatment was in. She is very conscientious of being careful with my hair which seems to be more fragile lately and has a lot of breakage. Of course, always smiling and friendly too.
