• First, I couldn't find the place and my stylist very kindly and patiently gave me directions over the phone. Second, I noticed the place was very clean and quiet (besides the blow drying and light chit chat). Third, my stylist took notice of my industrial ear piercing and was very gentle when handling that area of my head. My own hair dresser doesn't even do that! Fourth, my stylist was kind enough to ask about my weekend plans, but was also kind enough to let me sit happily silent for the remainder of the appointment and get pampered (which is exactly what I wanted!) Aside from her asking me preference questions for styling of course. Last, all the clients and employees seemed very nice and happy. Will definitely be returning. Thank you!
