• I have been four or five times before, normally I am taken right on time of even a few minutes early. Though I usually go in the morning, not the afternoon like I did this time. I knew my stylist wasn't going to be done on time so I had to ask if there was someone else available as I didn't want to be late leaving and then late for the wedding I was attending. Once I asked, the staff resolved the time issue perfectly by someone washing me while my stylistfinished up. I hadn't requested a particular stylist so didn't care who was doing my hair. All was great, especially my hair. The two stylist that worked on me were both wonderful to talk to. I just would have preferred I didn't have to say "there is an issue with timing" someone else could have picked up on that. Other than that, wonderful!
