• Not a big fan of using website as it's not user friendly booking appts. I stopped using website & app trying to book appts because I was unsuccessful with login attempts; especially when I travel to another state trying to access or change locations to book appt, it's nearly impossible. I prefer calling in until website/app issues are resolved.

• My first go at Blo was great! I was getting over a cold but also had plans to go out to a fancy dinner, so I thought a blowout might make me feel better. Heidi was super friendly and made sure to ask lots of questions to know exactly what I wanted. My "pillow talk" style looked and felt so effortless - exactly what I wanted and my boyfriend complimented the look all night! I will definitely be back to see her!

• I scheduled an appointment last minute (20 mins notice). They worked me in and I absolutely LOVED what they did with my hair. I went to a Christmas party that evening and got lots of compliments about my hair. I WILL be back :)
