• Blissful Beauty Lounge! It's the type of salon we see on television! Very stylish and modern! The girls there are very sweet and the owner Elsa is so nice! I came here and followed my colorist Anita who had worked on making myself blonde at her previous salon at Blowout Parlor in Costa Mesa to her new salon at Blissful Beauty in Newport Beach! She has an eye for what hair color or style would work best for someone's special unique style. The first time she made me a full blonde, she had bleached my roots, so when I came to her this time my bleached roots faded and it made my hair look funky and looking a little dirty looking. The photo below shows the first time I went blonde and the two month grow out. No big deal. Anita told me that this time my roots will evenly grow out one color. Instead of what is seen below After 4 hours of working on my hair, my hair looked AMAZINGGG! At Blissful Beauty you get comfort, hospitality, and a nice view to people watch as cars drive by. It's also nice to be near a beach! Get your hair colored by Anita!! She won't disappoint!
