Bliss, Bliss, Bliss is awesome. I've done the Hot and the Core strength Vinyasa classes and loved them. Tonight I'm going to try the Candle light yin class. The instructors are enthusiastic and helpful. Yoga has changed my life, I'm hooked !!!
