  • I have been attending Zach and Rachel Dyer's Ashtanga Yoga classes since they began teaching at Bliss. I love everything about their class. They love Asht anga Yoga and it shows with their teaching methods. Zach and Rachel give hands on help and encourage their students to keep trying! I am 66 and I am doing yoga postures that when I first started I never imagined that I would be able to do. My posture has improved immensely and my mental state has also impro ved. Ashtanga yoga has become a part of my life and always will be a part of my life.
