• Emma was great. She was patient with how thick my hair was. She answered my questions with knowledge and also told me techniques I could use to get my hair styled the way I wanted. She wasn't afraid to learn different techniques from a coworker concerning the bangs I wanted, which spoke a lot to her character and her desire to give her clients the best experience and cut as possible. She was also relatable and easy to talk to, while at the same time, not applying too much pressure to talk the entire time. I feel that striking that balance makes the experience more enjoyable.

• I am fairly new to Roanoke. I live that your salon is so close I enjoy Laurie ... she's great. She addresses all my concerns always and offers tips with regard to my hair. I'm someone that has always had the same stylist for years and years. Once I find a place I like I stick with them.
