• Very knowledgeable staff that was honest and helpful in finding a way to handle my requested service without it turning out badly or damaging my hair too much. Far more restraint and respect than other hair salons. After medical related hair loss I had been so scared to return to a salon because it's taken so long to grow my hair back and I'm so accustomed to hair stylists that go for their own visions rather than respecting the client's requests and fears. Finally made the leap after 1years based on my mom's recommending Kristin Rowell as someone compassionate about client's concerns and she couldn't have been more correct. Kristin went above and beyond to ensure I was informed and comfortable with each decision and I left thoroughly happy with the service, when I'd been expecting my first hair cut to have me in tears. I too will be recommending her to others in my situation, she's great!
