• Everything was perfect! I don’t know why I would go to anywhere else. Ryan was really nice and the massage was awesome. The atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable. And I absolutely loved the robes!!!

• Lacintha leads the class through direct instruction and subtle cues. Her class is well structured in poses that build from less to greater challenge. Will certainly try to do more classes with Lacintha.
