• Raluca is fantastic and I always have a good experience with her. The only disappointing thing is how busy the spa was. It is less relaxing when there are that many people in the spa.

• Raluca is the most amazing massage therapist that I have ever had. She is so skilled and also so pleasant. I would not consider seeing anyone else! The Bliss studio is lovely and I enjoy the extras such as the lounge, the comfortable robes, the well supplied change room etc. however it is Raluca and her expertise that keeps me coming back.
