• Great facility! Really nice therapist and I loved the nice extra touches in the ladies change room etc (although I couldn't find any Kleenex). The only thing I did notice was when I came in and when I left three staff at the front, two of whom were working on their computers, looked at me and said nothing. One walked away the other kept working. After awhile she said, "Have you been helped?" I said no and she said nothing in return, just went back to her computer screen. Just even a "Hi, we'll be with you in a moment." would have felt a little more welcoming.

• Very realizing atmosphere. My only negative feedback was the hot pillow towards the end of my massage was so hot I had to keep lifting my head. She added a few more towels and it was still very hot, it took away from the serenity of the massage. I typically can handle and enjoy hot temperatures but that was very hot.
