• Overall the experience was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are top notch. The only reason I chose 9/10 is because the therapist didn't fully provide the massage that I requested. The massage was still good, but could have been better given I asked for specific areas to be worked on and although agreed to, ended up being different. I would still come back.
