• Very clean yoga studio, excellent teachers and class selection. Only issue, is that it's on the pricey side, it's a tough economy.

• It felt like an experience rather than a service. The body treatment I received and the massage my friend received were so well done and relaxing. The hot bolster pillow placed between our necks was a favourite. We SO appreciated that our massage therapists didn't talk through the massage (so many at other places do, maybe because they feel awkward?). It really helped us relax and enjoy the treatments. I also appreciated the gluten-free cookies as a person with Celiac.
