• I chose that is I absolutely love bliss and the massages offered. One of the main things I looove about bliss massages is the aromatherapy. A lot of other places don't offer that during massage and although it might seem small, something about that has always made bliss massages a 10/10 and why I keep coming back. I have seen Emily a few times for massage and she is phenomenal in giving massages. However, she doesn't ever offer the aromatherapy. I have had to request it from her in the past, which she has done when asked .In this session, I had asked for it again, but she said she was allergic, so wouldn't do it. That was super disappointing, as I'm paying for what is advertised, which includes the aromatherapy. If I knew that was something that could be simply declined by the masseuse I would've either liked to know ahead of time to go to a different masseuse or have my price adjusted, as the price I'm paying is advertised to include the aromatherapy and what I look forward to in my massages. If not for that, I would go somewhere else where the massage might be a reduced cost, but I'm happy to pay when what is advertised is delivered. So again Emily is really great at massage, so that's why I gave a 9, but not delivering on what is advertised is why I didn't give it a 10. For the future, it would be great to advertise which masseuses will and will not provide the aromatherapy and consider adjusting the price if it is not, so then at least a client would know exactly what to expect.
