• Super impressed that the receptionist was able to move things around in order to fit me and my mom in for last-minute pedicures. Our service was excellent and this remains the best spa in the city, hands down. The only reason I didn't give a 10/10 for this particular visit was because my mom had wanted Shellac polish, but the receptionist didn't appear to note this on the schedule, so there wasn't enough time. Traci was great though and gave us some samples for the inconvenience. Will definitely be back soon!
