• Carly was great to work with, explained the process and allowed for discussion on how many injections. I will definitely recommend her and be back for further treatment. There was a bit of clutter in the injection office as well as the bathroom. Looked like equipment and mats were being stored in those areas and it just took a little bit away from the overall experience.

• I really enjoyed my spa experience )as always), but there are two recommendations I would make. 1. provide some low carb snack options like packaged almonds - cookies, muffins and fruit always look really nice, but for those of us who don't eat sugar or who follow a low carb diet, there are no options for us (and the typical fruit is not low carb); 2. I recommend the spa staff do a better job of reading their client or even asking them if they'd like to engage in conversation. Whenever I have a pedicure or manicure, it is rarely relaxing because the staff are super chatty and want to engage in conversation. The other thing I notice is that they love talking about themselves (who doesn't, lol), but when I come to the spa, I personally come to relax, and find it awkward to have to say that I don't want to converse. I know some people love to make conversation with others so I'm not suggesting this should stop, only that the therapists either ask or do a better job of reading their clients. As an example, my massage therapist said right from the beginning that she would not make conversation if I didn't want it and that I was the lead - took all awkwardness out of it - we don't talk at all during the massage and it is DELIGHTFUL.
