• The substitute instructor (Lacintha) Thursday, April 4 class was excellent. Enjoyed her choice of class material, presentation and pace. Her use of props and explanation why she chose the poses was appreciated. Even though she was unable to activate the background music system, this did not phase her and her voice was soothing and the class flowed well.
