• It was my first class back, after a two-year COVID hiatus. I was a bit concerned it would be too basic but knew a regular flow class would be too much. The class was excellent - great level of intensity, lots of options to modify and the instructor was clear, well paced and attentive to each of our needs (and adjustments). I will definately be back next Sunday.
