• Massage was amazing (10/10). I gave an overall score of 9 as there were a few amenities that have been there in the past that were not present this time (eg. Shower cap, body lotion, hand sanitizer at the shoe area etc)

• Great service, but you get a point off because I can’t sit in your lounge comfortably- that small couch could be easily swapped out for an easy chair with arms, so at least I would have an opportunity to be able to sit in that lounge….
