• I have enjoyed every experience I have had at bliss. I was a little concerned I wouldn’t get to fully relax as there is no pregnancy bed but the person I was with made sure I was comfortable and it was very relaxing. There was quite a bit of noise from the next room and she noticed and asked if I wanted her to go speak with them but it was just the beginning or ending of a service so I didn’t think it would be noisy for long. And it wasn’t. But I appreciated the fact that she noticed and wanted my experience to be great. And it was.

• My RMT was awesome and so were two of the three ladies at the front desk. One was actually very rude when I asked to order food and suggested that I go to shoppers drug mart and grab a snack if I was hungry. There was a mature lady who worked the front desk who offered to run across the street to grab me a wrap. It was really cold that day and I was so impressed with how she went out of her way and turned my experience into a grateful one! I won’t forget how professional and sweet she was! She made my experience great!!!
