• Great location, ample parking, friendly staff, relaxing environment, phenomenal service and reasonably clean facilities. Overall we had an amazing time and we will definitely be back but there were a few things that weren't as fabulous as everything else. It would've been nice if the music was a bit louder to cover any noise throughout the spa. The fountain in the caldarium wasn't running which made it very easy to hear doors shutting and people talking as well. And then unfortunately one of the showers was recently used when we went to go use them so there was a dirty towel and wet floors which was t very pleasant. Still overall we had a great time and will be back, the services themselves were absolutely phenomenal.
