• All of the staff is wonderful. Front desk staff are friendly and welcoming Jacob is a fabulous RMT. Love going to Kelly and Lisa's yoga classes. They encourage people to challenge themselves while making it fun and light hearted.

• I love the serenity in the yoga space! The lightning, room temperature, variety of teachers and yoga classes. I like that your changing rooms have locked cabins, clean washrooms and all the extras that make you feel very welcome there. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful! I would love to work in that environment my-self. :)
