• I've been coming to Bliss for years. Have always had really great treatments and very professional. I would say this time around I arrived early for my treatment to spend some relaxing time in the Lounge. When I arrived there were 2 guests enjoying some food and wine. I have no issue with that. However they were quite loud and not respectful towards myself and the other guest who was also in the lounge. They talked very loud and chewed even louder. As I said I think it's great to be offered an option like that but they need to remember they are other guests.
