• I could have stayed at Bliss for the day (next time I just might!), the minute you walk in the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The staff are very sweet and professional. Josefina was phenomenal! She went above and beyond with my full body massage, paying special attention to where I needed it the most. She ensured I was comfortable and not in pain at any time.

• I love yoga at Bliss. The first thing I noticed when walking into Bliss was how clean and fresh it smells. It is a very clean studio and staff are very welcoming and friendly. It has a very serene vibe. The change rooms are very nice, I like the personal lockers so I don't have to worry about any of my things. I have told all my friends to come and try yoga at Bliss because it is such a nice studio and the classes/teachers are fantastic.
