• it was awesome. Instructor Harmony High fived me after Yoga. i was unsure where i would sit when I went to restaurant 19. when I got there the owner of Bliss Tracy and her friend karin invited me to join them . i got a kinda wild mountain man look with my beard but they didn't hesitate to invite me and we had a great chat. I felt very accepted and we had a great chat. Awesome Yoga teaching, great food , and made friendly encouragement and acceptance made for an awesome exoerience. Typical of what you can expect at Bliss Yoga Spa.
