Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and willing to answer questions or share tips, etc. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful and gives off such amazing vibes during the class! The instructor didn't rush and stopped to answer questions or provide clarity on a move. I was pleasantly surprised how confident and welcomed I felt as a plus size woman, as I've had bad experiences at other studios because they were not body inclusive. I can't wait to come back for my next class!

The studio itself is beautiful and clean, and it was very easy to find. My instructor shaina was so sweet, encouraging, informative, and friendly, and my class was so supportive and friendly even thought I had never even attended a class or met any of them before! Such a good experience
