Your classes are always just right for me. Yesterday/Monday's new teacher - a sub I assume - was as excellent as all the others. Really great gentle routine that let me warm up slowly yet do some serious poses, quickly and easily
It was a lovely gentle class. Will return!
Colby’s class today was excellent as always!!! Loved the shoulder work! 🙏🏻
great experience and everyone is so nice and helpful
Ellie is so great! She always makes me feel so comfortable and supported during sessions, particularly in going through this huge life transition.
