I've been practicing at Bliss for 11 years. I have developed some wonderful friendships and deepend my practice. It's my home away from home.
I love this class that Karley teaches. She has a great mix of moves that push me and an amazing curated playlist that goes with the flow. Every time that I push myself to go to, I have the best of times and come out feeling rejuvented.
